Returns

No refunds on SALE items.

You automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something from Charming Thoughts Boutique online - unless it’s bespoke or made to measure.  Please keep all original labels and packaging.

The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund.

Please be assured all items are quality checked in detail before being dispatched to ensure our customers receive the best service from Charming Thoughts Boutique.  We also pride ourselves on providing true to size fitting.

In the unfortunate event you have found your items to be defective or damaged, we require you to take photographs and send via email to let our team review the issue and arrange a return.  Please send to charmingthoughtsblyth@aol.com 

*We would need to be notified of the issue within 14 days of you receiving goods.  Once you have notified us of the return, you have 14 days (from that date) to return the product to us.  We do not pay for postage of returned goods.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-7 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund within the timescale, please contact your Bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using charmingthoughtsblyth@aol.com and we can review the issue and arrange to send a replacement.
